Welcome Back!!!

It’s a brand new year! All across the school and Facebook, there have been shouts of “hurray school!” and, “more homework? Yes please!”

Ok, maybe not.

But the bright spot of a new school year is coming back to speech & debate! For all you varsity kids and anyone brave enough to give it a try, here is some of the basic info for the year:

Practices

Monday- 2:45-3:15 | Informational meeting

Tuesday- 2:45-4:00 | PFD, LD, and Student Congress (Debate)

Wednesday- 2:45-4:00 | Idividual Events (Speech)

Thursday- 2:45-4:00 | Open practice

Fundraisers

It’s a great day for Chick-Fil-A, especially when we’re getting paid! Check the Facebook event page, or bring this flyer in Wednesday the 25^th and a portion of your check goes to MHS4N6!

Elections

Elections for this year’s officer team are under way! You will receive your ballot Tuesday, the 24^th by email. Respond promptly and the winners will be announced Monday, August 30^th at the meeting.
